About Pantalytics
Pantalytics is an AI-native Odoo partner in Utrecht. We implement Odoo and build our own products, like MCP Pro (connects AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT to Odoo) and Mail Pro. Users all over the world email us with questions. We want every one of them to get an answer within one working day. That's your job.
What will you do?
- Every working day you go through the support inbox and answer questions about Odoo, MCP Pro and Mail Pro, in English
- You don't write everything yourself. AI drafts a reply, you check that it's right and sounds human
- Simple questions you solve yourself with our docs. Tricky ones go to Rutger, our CTO
- Same question three times? You turn it into a help article
- You take a quick look at new leads: who are they, what do they need, and are they a fit for us?
Who are you?
- You're a student looking for a job that fits around your studies
- You write clear, friendly English
- You already use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
- You can free up 15 to 30 minutes every working day
- You don't need to know Odoo yet. You'll learn it here
What do you get?
- €18 gross per hour, including holiday pay
- 2 to 4 hours a week. You handle the inbox from your laptop, wherever you are. Part of your hours you work at our office in Utrecht
